True Health Stories From Real People
I have written over 300 health articles, including many on thyroid disease, anxiety and depression, autoimmune disorders, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, Mitral Valve Prolapse and Adrenal Fatigue. I receive many emails from people sharing their health stories with me. I begin asking people if I could share their stories with other readers who have their same or similar health disorders, excluding their personal or contact information to help inspire other patients in their pursuit of better health. Many of these stories are reprinted exactly as they were sent to me while others are not exact but contain the true scenarios patients have expressed to me over the past five years. Also included among the stories are replies I have made to health questions sent by readers.
